We'll need you to build out our designs into fully functioning interactive flash sites. A Little About You You can take designs and turn them into Flash sites that employ tasteful transitions and clean interfaces — and do it fast! Senior Website Designer We are currently looking for a full time, ultra creative, agency quality, well-rounded senior web designer who can produce strong, creative, conceptual design solutions that meet strategic objectives. A definite plus if you can program sites as well (XHTML, PHP, CSS, some Flash, Javascript, JQuery, etc.) as we would prefer you be responsible for delivering sites from concept to completion. A Little About You You can take business requirements and translate into successful web design solutions. You have solid creative ideas coupled with a good understanding of usability principles. You have experience in user interface design and in creating intuitive navigation schemes. Also, you have knowledge of current Internet standards, including web browser compatibility and browser specifications. You have expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, CSS, XHTML and trends in web design. Skills and Responsibilities Include Creating effective designs for internet and web-based marketing initiatives as well as selecting imagery/photography, producing graphics, providing quality assurance on creative deliverables, incorporating team feedback and revisions as appropriate, proactively identifying issues and concerns that could impact scheduling and/or quality.
